Established in 1859, Trinity United Methodist Church was Denver's first Church, and is currently listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Church is known for its "modern" Gothic design, accomplished by traditional Gothic features such as the rose window and pointed arches in addition to its "modern" Rococo style theatre completed in 1888. One of Trinity United Methodist Church's most astounding architectural elements is the 184 foot spire towering over the Church. During mass, the chilling sound of the organ and the archaic interior make for a unique worship experience.
