Near the West side on W. Randolph Street, Grace appreciates beautiful, fresh ingredients that can be transformed into artistic, modern dishes. Chef and owner Chris Duffy offers two chef's tasting menus: "Flora" and "Fauna," though the "Flora" is not entirely vegetarian. Both menus elevate what we may consider simple vegetables or meats into exciting and well-thought out dishes. Ordinary parsnips are brought to new heights with dried pineapple, tarragon ice and fennel. Lamb is awakened with kale, parsley root and black mint. The presentation is thoughtful and picturesque. The service is commendable and there is plenty of attention to detail. Grace is business casual
