New kid on the block for Houston Barbeque but The Brisket House has a big following in the Memorial neighborhood and now around town. Houston Press says "Brisket Done Right". They smoke their meats with a combination of Oak and Pecan to give it a unique flavor unlike most places. They also have a signature special "The Brisket House Special" where you pick your meats served on butcher paper along with a chunk of cheddar cheese, a whole pickle, half an onion and bread. You might want to consider this when you are thinking barbeque.
