Housed in a twentieth century Salt Lake Trolley car, Ruth's Diner has been serving signature comfort food style staples since 1930. The homemade "Mile High Biscuits," also featured on Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives," are the crown jewels of Ruth's Diner. Additionally, Ruth's offers its own take on other go-to breakfast items like Huevos Rancheros, Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs as well as a whole mess of Benedicts. Should the indoor Trolley car seating feel too tight for comfort, the outdoor patio with a view of the mountains is a nice, airy place to dine. Take note that Ruth's Diner is located halfway up Emigration Canyon but it is a wonderfully unique Salt Lake City dining experience.
