Established in 1988, the Wynkoop Brewing Company was Denver's first craft brewery. Over the years, meticulous attention has gone into the selection and creation of Wynkoop's craft beers. The same love and care demonstrated for the beer can also be seen in the food. Meat and produce are sourced from local farms and fish is wildly caught, as Wynkoop strives to be environmentally conscious while providing its patrons with only top quality ingredients.
